In honour of my wonderful Mum, Ros, I have decided to ride the Paris-Roubaix Challenge in April 2018: 100 miles (161km) of the toughest terrain know to cycling, the infamous cobbles of northern France. I've never ridden more than 30 miles in one go, so this will be a tough one and I've started training already.
